The role
You will design and ship backend and full-stack systems for ERP, AI, and operational platforms used by real enterprises.
This is not a ticket queue. You scope work with the client, choose trade-offs, write the code, and stay on the hook when it runs in production.

Requirements
- 01Five or more years building production software, preferably multi-service systems
- 02Strong TypeScript or Python, plus one of Node, Go, or Java in production
- 03Comfortable with SQL, APIs, auth, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- 04Evidence of owning a system, not only contributing tickets to one

Nice to have
- +ERP, logistics, or enterprise integration experience
- +Experience mentoring mid-level engineers

Education
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
